Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to initiate a return request. Only defective items, damaged in transit or resulting from an error on our part will be refunded.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused and clean, in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The transport costs associated with the return of goods are the responsibility of the customer.
To start a return request, you must contact us at info@taktoinc.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns for items resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, early wear and tear, lost items, damage from the elements or which appear to have been altered in any way. We reserve the right to refuse any return if we deem it falls within these categories.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
Return shipping
The shipping costs associated with the return of goods are the responsibility of the customer. When returning the item, we are not responsible for any items lost due to carrier error. Therefore, we recommend that you track the return of the shipment and provide us with a tracking number.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. We only refund the product price and taxes, the original shipping and handling charge will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for returning the product to us. We will provide you with a shipping address once you start your email request. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund.
